His previous band (Aura Blue) had a large South Florida following and opened for such bands as Georgia Satellites, Pat Travers and Quiet Riot. He has played gigs all around south Florida from Miami Beach to West Palm Beach. Marc has several drum kits including a Tama Superstar kit (circa 1980) recovered in red glass glitter, a Yamaha Beech Custom in Blueberry stain, and DW custom kit built for and played by Tommy Lee. Included in his arsenal of ear splitting sound devices are over a dozen cymbals (all by Zildjian), mini timbales, wind chimes, a selection of cowbells, and a conga drum.
When he is not playing his drums, rehearsing/recording with the band, giving drum lessons, managing his businesses, taking piano lessons, leading fitness/exercise classes, rollerblading, jogging, reading, enjoying a fine wine with a delicious meal, or scuba diving, you may catch him at his day job…but don’t bet on it since no one knows what his day job is.
